The OIU, in conjunction with the College, has established a mentoring program, initially aimed at supporting the indigenous boys at the College. Mentoring involves establishing an enduring relationship between an older person and a younger person based upon friendship, respect and enriching the lives of both. It is not simply the giving of advice or material support, although these may be an outcome. While our initial focus is on the indigenous students enrolled at the school, this program is open to all current and old boys, regardless of age.
